My email to Senator Coburn of Kansas, regarding his Comedic Stylings

Dear Senator Coburn,

In regard to the woman at the recent Town Hall meeting, begging for the government to help with her disabled husband, who's been denied coverage under Private Health Insurance...

You live in a world of contradiction. First you say, basically, "I'm from the government and I can help you and your husband." Then you say, basically, "You are barking up the wrong tree if you think the government can help you."

Then you say that neighbors should help each other out. You must be a comedian, thinking that your Republican constituents will spend more than $10 on a neighbor with a head injury. [And God help the neighbor if they are Democrats and ask Republicans for cash money: this is of deep concern to all Republicans, who pay lip service to the "by your bootstraps" philosophy, as a cover for their stinginess and insecurity.]
